Consultation seeks feedback on draft Capacity Bill
Vulnerable people who are unable to make decisions for themselves, are set to be better protected in law.
A consultation is seeking feedback on a draft of the Island's first Capacity Bill.
Views will help form legislation aimed at giving rights to those who lack the ability to safely make decisions.
