Working group now considering options to help officers
Police officers on the Island are ‘greatly’ valued and work is underway to tackle their concerns over pay.
That’s the pledge from the Justice and Home Affairs Minister who has told fellow politicians they are the ‘frontline’ in keeping the community safe.
It follows a survey, carried out by the Police Federation of the Isle of Man, which warned there could be a ‘mass exodus’ of officers.
