DOI Minister optimistic about redevelopment
The infrastructure Minister says he's optimistic the redevelopment of the former Port Erin Marine Laboratory site will happen.
Last week, plans for a mixed use development on the site were announced, after the building was sold to local company Delgatie Limited.
Previous plans by Sea Breezes to redevelop the site fell through in 2014.
Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer says that shouldn't happen this time.
