Meeting attended by 80 parents
Parents continue to dispute the so-called 'co-location' of Douglas' St Thomas' Primary School with Scoill Vallajeelt.
Over 80 concerned individuals met last night (Weds) to tackle education bosses on uniting the two institutions under one roof.
St Thomas' pupils are housed in a building 'no longer fit for purpose' -the DEC suggests there's space to house both on one campus at Scoill Vallajeelt.
Parents pitched concerns like parking, potential for 'segregation', and class sizes, at Education Minister, Graham Cregeen, and his director, Geoff Moorcroft.
Whilst many are united in their concerns - others have mixed views:
Amber weather warning issued as strong winds and coastal conditions expected overnight
Hospice funding criticised by UK charity chief amid Isle of Man service cuts
Sailings cancelled as storm brings gale-force winds
Manx Mountain Marathon route diverted over safety concerns amid forecast strong winds
