MHK wants to know what help is given to Manx residents ahead of UK trips
An MHK is seeking clarity about the advice offered to Manx residents when buying travel insurance for trips to the UK.
Ramsey member Lawrie Hooper is worried the small print in such policies may leave locals without adequate cover for medical expenses when travelling across.
He'll ask Health Minister David Ashford what information his department gives to those preparing to head off Island at tomorrow's sitting of the House of Keys.
Mr Hooper says this can be a particular concern for those not staying in paid accommodation.
