Crookall tells Tynwald first passengers are expected in June

Berthing trials have been conducted for several months, and the Steam Packet is understood to be carrying out the final touches, including checking the systems and installing software and hardware.
The project has become contentious following numerous delays and going heavily over budget with an estimated total spend of more than £70 million.
