But other office space not currently available
The Department of Infrastructure's offices shouldn't be in the Sea Terminal - but there's nowhere else for it to go.
That's the admission from minister Tim Crookall.
He believes the site should be used for other purposes such as a commercial development.
But he says the DoI will need to find a new home first:
"It's just not sustainable to continue"
