Consultation is key says minister

That's the message from the Department of Infrastructure after continued concern over proposed plans for Douglas promenade.
Plans drawn up by urban design specialist Ben Hamilton-Baillie have been on display at the sea terminal for public consultation.
The 'shared space' scheme does away with traffic lights and blurs the line between pavements and roads.
It would also see the horse trams relocated to the prom's walkway.
