It's currently dealing with 'quite a few' young birds and mammals
The MSPCA is urging people not to trim trees and hedges during the nesting season.
It says it's currently dealing with 'quite a few' young birds and mammals who've accidentally been disturbed and discovered fallen from nests or caught by other animals.
All nesting birds, their eggs and nests are legally protected from disturbance, damage and destruction.
Once fully recovered and able to fend for themselves, the animals will be released back into the wild.
