Employers talk through options with prospective candidates
Young people on the Island who’ve recently passed received their GCSE or A-Level results are being urged to explore their options.
A careers drop-in session took place at the Santander Work Cafe in Douglas this week, with employers on-hand to answer questions for the potential new-starters.
Instead of continuing their education, it's thought only 10 percent of this year's GCSE students will look to enter employment straight away, and twenty percent of A-Level students.
