Local authority looking for ways to save money
Douglas residents may only have their bins emptied once every two weeks in a bid to save money.
That's from the newly-elected leader of Douglas Council as the local authority looks towards next year's budget.
Claire Wells says a move to fortnightly collections has been considered in recent years.
But, she expects it will now be a priority for some Councillors:
