50-year-old denies alleged offence
A Douglas man accused of theft will stand trial in June.
Fifty-year-old Kevin Stephen Quirk, of Westmount, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.
At an earlier hearing he'd pleaded not guilty to the offence which allegedly took place on 23 December.
Magistrates bailed him until his trial begins on 13 June.
