21-year-old yet to enter plea
A Douglas man's appeared in court, charged over a stabbing incident in June.
21-year-old Thomas James McBurnie of Cronk-Y-Berry appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
He hasn't yet entered a plea to wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm near Bucks Road in Douglas on 19 June.
Magistrates told him the allegation is so serious it will have to be heard by the Court of General Gaol Delivery.
His advocate Jane Gray made no application for bail and magistrates remanded Mr McBurnie in custody until his next appearance on 15 August.
