37-year-old yet to enter plea
A Douglas man has appeared in court charged with using provoking behaviour.
Thirty-seven-year-old Ryan Eugene O'Kane, of Fairfield Terrace, hasn't yet entered a plea to the allegation.
It's said to have taken place on 29 January.
Magistrates bailed him and he'll appear in court again on 31 March.
