Chief brewer looks ahead after 40 years
One of the Island's best known drink labels has bid farewell to its chief brewer.
Dr Mike Cowbourne has resigned from Heron & Brearley, after almost 40 years in charge of the famous Okell's brand.
The Manx bitter has been brewed on the Island since 1850, and its varieties have won several industry awards under Dr Cowbourne's tenure.
