Successfully prompted politicians to set up Select Committee
The Dyslexia Advocacy Group hopes its successful petition to Tynwald will bring neurodiversity support provisions 'out into the open'.
Peter Washington, a member of the group, says it marks a significant step forward after years of the issue being treated as a 'hidden secret'.
Tynwald unanimously agreed to establish a Select Committee to investigate the matter and report back by April 2025.
