Recruitment drive ends at the end of September
The Isle of Man Constabulary has started its annual recruitment drive in search of new police officers.
It's hoped a pay award - which represents an eight per cent increase on starting salaries - will attract more people to join the force.
Sergeant Andy Reed says they're also looking for people to relocate from other constabularies elsewhere:
