The results of a consultation among Manx Care workers in eight unions over their six percent pay offer from the health body will be known later this month.
Members of the Royal College of Nursing, have already accepted the deal.
Still to give their verdict are healthcare workers in Unite, Unison, Prospect, The Society of Podiatry, The Royal College of Midwives, and bodies representing dietetics, physio, radiology.
