Commonwealth Parliamentary Association conducting research
Members of the first international body to independently observe the Island's general election process have started their work ahead of next Thursday's poll.
The Commonwealth Parliamentary Association election observation mission is here at the invitation of Tynwald.
They're looking at all aspects of the election.
A report of their findings will be produced in due course.
The mission's election coordinator is Fleur ten Hacken from the Netherlands:
Island's finances 'in a better position than most other jurisdictions'
Completion of assisted dying bill 'the most significant moment of 2025'
