Manxman voyage delayed as police, fire and coastguard crews attend Sea Terminal
Emergency services have been responding to an incident at Douglas Port this evening (19 March).
Fire crews, police and coastguard officers attended the scene at the Sea Terminal shortly after 6pm.
The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company says it has been advised of the incident and Port Authorities have requested the Master of Manxman to hold off while emergency services respond.
Manxman was due to depart for Heysham at 7:15pm, but didn't depart until 8:24pm.
Details of the incident have not been shared, however in an update this evening the Isle of Man Coastguard says the situation has been 'successfully resolved'.
Manx Radio has contacted the Isle of Man Constabulary for further comment.
