Local boy born with cerebral palsy and HIE
The parents of a baby born with a rare medical condition are hoping to raise the funds they need to take him for stem cell treatment, only available in South America.
Edward and Naomi Perry's son Maxwell was born with cerebral palsy, and a severe case of HIE - a condition that reduces the blood and oxygen flow to the brain.
There's a fundraising event at Cycle 360 tomorrow, with a £15,000 target.
