MHKs call for switching-off of benefit payment service to be delayed
The treasury minister says it wouldn't be possible to delay the switching-off of MiCards.
The service - which allows people to collect their benefits or pensions in cash - is due to be discontinued from 31 December.
A number of backbenchers have highlighted concerns for those who aren't able to access a bank account.
