Peter Newbery will remain behind bars
A double murderer who killed two teenagers on the Isle of Man has had his application for parole blocked.
Peter Newbery’s hearing was heard on the Island last week.

George’s mum Margaret told Manx Radio she’s been told the decision was unanimous with professionals determining he was ‘nowhere near ready to be released’:
The Department of Home Affairs has previously told Manx Radio it can't comment on specific cases.
