Fully co-operative with marshals
A fan who crossed the TT course on a bicycle has been fined £500.
The man, Luke Browning from the United States, was described as fully co operative with marshalls at the site, Quarter Bridge and Braddan Bridge.
Earlier in the festival, a fan was jailed after refusing to leave an illegal viewpoint on the course and being aggressive towards marshals.
