Non-payment of bus fares on the Isle of Man is ‘very rare’.
That’s from the infrastructure minister who was quizzed on the issue in the House of Keys this week.
Tim Crookall told his fellow MHKs that drivers would on ‘rare occasions’ allow people to board buses without paying primarily for safety reasons.
