Tributes reflect Mike Fayle's diverse interests
Family, friends, and colleagues of a well-known figure in the Island's business community will gather for his funeral today (21 April).
Managing director of KPMG Mike Fayle died earlier this month, after a long battle with cancer.
Professionally, Mr Fayle was a specialist in company liquidation and restructuring.
But he was also a keen supporter of the arts and culture, and was a long-standing chairman of the Friends of Manx National Heritage.
A tribute to his 'unstinting support' has been made by chairman of the Manx Museum and National Trust Tony Pass, who said Mr Fayle during his tenure, helped provide funding and volunteers for many acquisitions and projects.
His funeral will he held this lunchtime at St Ninian's church in Douglas.
