Why aren't more women interested in careers in technology?
It's estimated globally as little as five percent of programming jobs are made up of women and in STEM more generally, sits around 28-percent and are at a more junior level.
So why is this the case, and does the Isle of Man see a similar issue?
Chanelle Sukhoo sat down with the only girls group at 'Code Club' - an Island-based initiative to get more young people involved in cyber:
