Communal brain of Island consulted
Pieces of plastic washing ashore in Peel have become the subject of a mystery.
The Manx Wildlife Trust, which brought the fragments to public attention on its Facebook page, posted pictures of its findings from Fenella beach.
To try and solve what it is, the charity appealed to the 'communal brain' of the Isle of Man.
The plastic comes in small, translucent blue rectangles, 40mm wide and about 65mm long.
