February was sunny but cold, according to the Met Office.
In their monthly summary, the Ronaldsway-based weathermen say it was the fifth-sunniest February on record, with 111 hours of bright sunshine.
But both the average highest and lowest temperatures, 7C and 2.5C, were both a degree below the long-term averages.
And despite a dry end to the month, a total of 66.6mm of rain fell - slightly above the February average.
