The incident happened yesterday evening
The Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service has helped free a horse that fell into a ditch yesterday evening. (26 April)
Crew from Peel's station alongside the animal rescue team were deployed to assist.
Officers used 'various techniques' to free the horse and get her back onto her hooves.
She was checked over by a vet and spent the night resting.
