St Georges Church in Douglas to host
The Island's first organ donor remembrance service takes place today.
Arranged by local charities Organ Donation Isle of Man and Transplant Isle of Man, and the Organ Donation Committee from Noble's Hospital, the event aims to reflect the work of donors.
People can light a candle for their loved one during the service.
Organ Donation Committee member Diane Taylor, says it will support the families and friends touched by the issue:
The service is due to be held at 3pm, at St George's Church in Douglas.
