Figures show punctuality rates are getting better
Public dissatisfaction at flight delays has got through to airlines, according to passenger watchdog.
Figures released last month showed an improvement in punctuality from one company which had faced criticism for late arrivals.
TravelWatch takes it upon itself to publish the punctuality rates after government said it was unable to do so.
However, aviation spokesman Terry Liddiard says he believes it's pressure from the public that has forced airlines to up their game.
