Warnings about an onset of a virulent form of flu in the UK has prompted a greater call on people on the Isle of Man to take up vaccines.
However, the availability of flu jabs differs from pharmacy to pharmacy.
Manx Care is advising people that they might be asked to wear masks in clinical situations.
Ian Hemensley of Hemensley's Pharmacy says the situation with supplies is patchy and can depend on sailings.
