Cannan cabinet saw several changes in 2024
A former MHK and government minister says the changes seen in the Council of Ministers during this administration are 'fascinating'.
Ray Harmer served as Infrastructure and Policy & Reform Minister during the last parliament, before losing his seat in Glenfaba and Peel at the 2021 election.
In 2024, Alfred Cannan's cabinet saw two resignations and a sacking, ahead of a reshuffle which created a new role and brought in three new ministers in November.
Mr Harmer, who's now a commissioner for Peel, says the number of changes has been a surprise:
Further delay to TT schedule due to 'non-racing operational matter'
Crash which closed the Mountain Road ahead of racing 'not too serious'
TT campers in 'high spirits' despite rain affecting race week
