The former infrastructure minister has hit out at confusion being created over the Liverpool Ferry Terminal.
In July, Tynwald was asked to approve a £10 million contingency budget - something that Speaker Juan Watterson successfully put on hold.
If approved, and in addition to the existing contingency balance of £5 million approved in 2021, government says this will enable the project to progress to completion.
The chief minister previously told Manx Radio no one would have embarked on the Liverpool Ferry Terminal project had they known what it would come to cost.
