Four active cases of coronavirus

Chief Minister provides update in Tynwald

There are now four active cases of coronavirus on the Isle of Man.

The first was a patient transfer who is being treated at Noble's Hospital. The contact tracing process found one connection, who then also test positive for Covid-19.

Another person was a returning resident to the Island, who also found one connection through contact tracing - however that person tested negative for the virus.

All four active cases are in self isolation, and government has reiterated that the period of isolation has now been extended.

It's the first update on the Island's coronavirus figures since Christmas Eve, when there were three active cases.
