Port St Mary Commissioners is mourning the loss of its Vice Chair Alan Grace, who passed away earlier this month at the age of 73.
The funeral takes place this morning at Port St Mary Methodist Church from 11am.
The local authority's office is closed until 1pm and the flags are being flown at half-mast as the board members pay their respects.
Chair Bernadette Williams says he will be 'missed greatly'.
