Revamped outdoor plot unveiled
A new rest facility for mental health service users has opened at Brunswick Gardens in Douglas.
The outdoor plot has been developed over the last few years as a therapeutic project - part of the Department of Health and Social Care's so-called 'Next Step' training programme.
Once a derelict site, it now includes a vegetable patch, pond, wildlife area, and even beehives producing award-winning honey.
There's also a fully furnished indoor room.
The work has been heavily funded by the Ballamona Association for Mental Health.
