MWT comments on international report
A global decline in animal numbers hasn't hit the Isle of Man significantly, but it should serve as a wake-up call.
That's the message from the Manx Wildlife Trust, after figures from the London Zoological Society found world populations have dwindled by 58% since 1970.
The report mainly blamed human activity such as climate change, mass production and deforestation for the 'mass extinction'.
