Robin Bromley-Martin shares his vision
The man behind the new Ramsey marina proposal says the current port of Douglas will soon not be fit for purpose.
Robin Bromley-Martin was giving evidence this morning to a Tynwald Select Committee looking at the harbours strategy.
He says modern vessels are becoming too big for the current facility.
He believes a new harbour should be built out from the breakwater with the existing area developed as a marina.
Mr Bromley-Martin has expertise in harbour construction in west Africa.
He says his vision will cater for all users:-
