
A backbench MHK has called on the Council of Ministers to go back to the drawing board over plans for the Island's economy.
Alf Cannan says the government has been 'winging it', lacks a clear vision and has shown little willingness to drive through real changes to its scope.
He's also labelled government's central themes of growing the economy, balancing the budget and protecting the vulnerable as admirable, but ultimately meaningless without substantial foundations.
