MHK believes workers needs skills for more than one career in their lifetime
An MHK believes government needs to be doing more to retrain those whose jobs could become obsolete due to artificial intelligence.
Onchan member Rob Callister has been reacting to government's incentives and disincentives for inward migration, which is due to be discussed in Tynwald next week.
He says the document contains very little about reskilling the population.
He told Manx Radio there needs to be a focus on ensuring workers have the skills for more than one profession:
