Government scraps Children's University deal

'Budget pressures" means initiative dropped

The Isle of Man Children's University is to end after running for just three years.

The Department of Education and Children confirmed the news earlier citing ongoing budgetary pressures.

Other extra-curricular initiatives will remain, with all primary schools introducing the Families and Schools Together programme from the next academic year.
