LVA chairman calls for help for Mad Sunday events impacted by new schedule
Government needs to ensure TT gives a boost to the Island's hospitality businesses around the Island, not just in Douglas.
That's from the chairman of the Licensed Victuallers Association, Andy Saunders.
He's calling for organisers of the races to ensure Mad Sunday events impacted by changes to next year's schedule can go ahead elsewhere in the fortnight.
While Mr Saunders says the changes are welcomed by the pub sector, he says government must make sure there isn't a negative effect elsewhere:
Plea to Manx parents to check meningitis vaccination status
Bus dispute ‘a considerable way apart’ as talks continue, says infrastructure minister
Noble's bed capacity exceeding industry-recognised 'safe levels'
Government monitoring Middle East conflict with “great concern”, says chief minister
