Chief Minister discusses legal letter sent to Isle of Man TV reporter
The Chief Minister insists government isn't trying to stop a reporter making inquiries into its handling of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Alfred Cannan says Isle of Man TV's Paul Moulton was asked to consider how he's going about his investigation after naming three civil servants in a Freedom of Information request.
Mr Moulton was sent a legal letter, which he described as a strategic lawsuit against public participation, or SLAPP.
Mr Cannan told Manx Radio it's important these matters are taken seriously:
