Surge in donations
A quantity of cash stolen from a Douglas charity earlier this month has been 'more than recouped' thanks to a public appeal.
Thieves made off with around £50 in petty cash from homeless shelter Graih's offices on Broadway over the Easter weekend.
Police are still investigating the incident.
News of the theft prompted a surge in donations, which staff at Graih say has surpassed the amount lost.
Co-ordinator Michael Manning said the charity was 'very grateful' for the support.
