Double the limit driver to be sentenced next year
A Baldrine man's pleaded guilty to one count of drink-driving.
Fifty-nine-year-old James Noel Maroney of Ballamenaugh Road appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes on Tuesday.
Police were called to reports of a motorist swerving all over the road when they pulled Maroney over on November 28.
When tested he was more than twice the legal drink-drive limit.
Maroney's been bailed in his own recognisance to the sum of £500 and will appear in court next on January 17 (2017).
