56-year-old will be sentenced in October
A Port Erin man will be sentenced next month after making indecent images of children.
Wayne Brian Tomlinson, of Ballahane Close, admitted four offences which took place between 30 March and 4 November last year.
The 56-year-old also admitted sending an offensive, indecent or menacing image on 25 May 2021.
Tomlinson was found with 10 still images of children – two of which were at Level 4 on the Copine Scale.
The system categorises the severity of images of child sex abuse with Level 5 being the most serious rating.
A social enquiry report has been requested before Tomlinson is sentenced on 27 October – he’s been bailed until that date.
