Hooper says times are continuing to fall
Healthcare partnerships between the Island and external partners are likely to be the way forward in continuing to cut hospital waiting lists.
That's according to the Health Minister who says waiting lists are broadly continuing to come down.
Companies such as Medefer and Synaptik have been providing assistance to work through backlogs for the likes of cataract surgery and specialist treatments.
