ManxSPCA launch fundraiser for dog who needs surgery

A local animal charity is appealing for help covering the costs of the surgeries and long-term recovery of a dog currently in their care.

The ManxSPCA has launched a fundraiser to help Buddy, a six-year-old Labrador cross with hip dysplasia and arthritis in both of his hips.

Described as a 'big teddy bear', Buddy is 'experiencing significant pain and mobility problems, and he now requires surgical intervention to give him the best chance of living a happier, more comfortable life'.

Around half of the required £5,000 has already been raised, but the charity says every donation, no matter how large or small, will help towards his treatment and recovery.

Fundraising Coordinator Krish Boruch says the decision to get him surgery is a no-brainer for them:

You can donate to help Buddy HERE.

Go on, say no to that face...
